Anna Reahl

Managing Director & Co-Founder

With over 30 years’ experience of creating and organizing community and state events, Ms. Reahl has been managing large scale events for the past (30) years in various roles including (14) of the National Special Security Events (NSSEs). 

Ms Reahl’s capabilities and experience have successfully provided, implemented and integrated temporary security operations for NSSEs.  She has dedicated her skills to executing the planning, acquisition and coordination of various types of temporary security perimeter solutions for Tier 1 NSSEs.

Ms. Reahl’s attention to detail has earned her a reputation of unparalleled excellence in executing protective missions of NSSEs on schedule and within budget all in accordance with the operational security plans.  You can also hear Anna Co-Host “Managing Your Perimeter™”

P.J. O’Neil

Co-Founder

P.J O’ Neil has been involved in event management, production and logistics for almost (30) years.

Mr. O’Neil worked as an advance representative for both Presidents Bush, President Trump, Senator Bob Dole, Secretary Jack Kemp, and many others at all levels of government. In that capacity, he has designed and managed hundreds of events and logistics, all around the world, for the White House, the White House Press Corps, multiple campaigns, and trained campaign staff on logistics and how to design events for the media.

    Sr Production Manager

    Mr. Racan is a multifaceted events and entertainment professional, who began his career in 1999 in event planning for a variety of events in the Eastern United States.

    The proven and successful track record that Chris developed over this period led to his recruitment as part of a management team responsible for the creation of a few of the world's largest music festivals..

  • Channon Nitz

    Sr Production Manager

    Channon has spent the past 8 years developing a diverse skillset in the production of large scale events. From operating heavy machinery to overseeing marketing strategies for national and global brands.

    Channon led teams in Charlotte (2020 RNC) and Cleveland (2020 Presidential Debate). Her leadership styles proved exceptional as ARCUS navigated numerous modifications in both cities.

  • Alex Kaptain

    Production Manager

    Alex Kaptain is a live event specialist based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

    Kaptain has done everything from performing live as a lead guitarist for various country music acts to assisting with security perimeter builds for various government events including the 2020 Democratic national convention, the 2020 Republican national convention, and 2020 White house election night.

    Production Manager

    David has managed crews for the load-in/out of major touring artists and is a guitar tech in the concert industry.

    David recently helped lead the team to build the temporary security perimeter for the 2020 Republican National Convention in Charlotte, NC and the 2020 White House Election Night.
